As you all know Dr. Vincent Mathews, San Jose Unified. SJUSD Superintendent is leaving for Inglewood, his last day is October 16th.

The current Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum & Instruction Nancy Albarran, has been selected to be the Interim Superintendent. She will lead the district with strong leadership skills and the work will continue to provide a great educational opportunity for our students. Nancy has been part of our district for many years and she has worked well with the team and has stayed focused on the Strategic Plan, and will continue to implement the strategies that will provide our students with what they need. We are in good hands.
